Where are all you ppl?
If I can make it on here for a quick wander and some posts (and I'm busier than a whole hive of bees) then surely everyone else can do the same occasionally.
It'll be terribly boring if I have to answer my own posts!
Obviously I'm going to have to get my hands on all the other books and read them so that I can add to forums other than The Scar, but that's not going to happen until my bank balance recovers from paying my car insurance so it's up to someone else to have a crack...
Hello?

Oh, and all you lurkers... I can see at least four of you out there....
Why not sign up and start posting?
This place will be much more fun and much more useful if we get a few more active members

I'm in Darkest Somerset. Lousy Internet access. Hate dial-up.

I know what you mean. I recently had to put up with the evils of dialup for a week... It basically meant I didn't bother.

Whoa! Sorry my friends, i've been rather busy with things too domestic for my liking. What's going on? Still hard at work with my writing, and with the Bas-Lag d20, if anyone cares. Do I have anyone familiar with dnd rules or willing to make the effort to write some place descriptions?

sorry, V
I know next to nothing about d20, let alone the rules...
Know a guy who is an absolute guru though, so maybe I should see if he's read China yet and get him involved
As for writing place descriptions, I just don't have the time!

Indeed. I use the same tactic to hook people: Scar first, then PSS. Don't know why but the Scar seems to be more "people friendly." Guess PSS is pretty wierd (hallucinogenic moth-milk, masked secret police putting down a protests arranged by a bunch of frog people who can shape water, fat scientist stroking the head legs, under belly, and wings of a Khepri sculpter)...but hey, I started with PSS just fine. Um...i'm ranting. Good night.

So what happened here? Everyone seems to have fallen off the face of the earth. By the way, the skins seem to be flipping out too..
Well, hope those who celebrate had a great holiday!
